Who Are We?
Baker Realty Group is an emerging team of top producers utilizing technology and
systems to enhance client experiences and foster long lasting relationships. We take
pride in living by our mission and vision to treat everyone like family by providing an
unbelievable family experience and building impactful relationships, all while serving our
clients real estate needs. We live by our motto of Be Good and Do Good.
How Did We Get Here?
BRG was started with the focus on providing an exceptional client experience and has
evolved into ensuring everyone in our ecosystem has an unbelievable family experience
from clients to agents to vendors and everyone in between. What began as a team of
just 1 person, working from home, has grown into an emerging top real estate team in the
Guelph & Kitchener-Waterloo area. The founder, Sean Baker, had experienced many ups
and downs in real estate prior to launching BRG. He had some great success working on
his own and learned many valuable lessons in his first 5 years in the business.
With increased business, Sean recognized he needed more help and support. He felt he
was not receiving enough through his current brokerage and decided to switch to Keller
Williams. This was a game changer! Positively impacting every area of Sean’s life. Through
the growth culture at KW, Sean was able to seek a bigger vision for himself and others. He
decided he wanted to grow a team and help others lead a big, fulfilling, abundant life.
Fast forward to the present, Sean has been recognized as being #4 and #5 agent in the
Keller Williams Innovation Brokerage in 2020 and 2021. In the first full year of having
multiple team members, the team helped 45 families/individuals buy, sell or invest in real
estate for a total of $29.8M in production volume.
